What We Offer

Strong Families, Strong Communities (SFSC) is a collaboration between KWY and Centacare Catholic Country SA (CCCSA). It offers therapeutic case management support, group and community activities and connections, and links clients into other programs and training opportunities that support their goals. 

  

These other programs may include Healing by Art, My Journey, Little Steps, Circle of Security - Parenting and Bringing up Great Kids. 

 

Eligibility

The program is designed to better support families with children under 18 years with medium-level risk factors before their challenges escalate. Families who have successfully addressed high-level risks and can confidently step down to a less intensive model of support will also be eligible.

• Referrals to the program can come from Intensive Family Services (as a step-down support), as well as family, community and self-referrals. ​​
