What We Offer
Walking Together (IFS) is a collaboration between Relationships Australia SA, Uniting Care Wesley Bowden and KWY. Walking Together aims to prevent the separation of children from their primary caregivers due to child protection concerns.

Walking Together provides a range of integrated services to improve family functioning and skills. Walking Together provides assessment and case plans for each family which may include parent education and skills development, individual and family counselling, specialist counselling for children and young people, domestic and family violence support, anger management and behaviour change, brokerage to fund specialist services and warm referral to appropriate services.
Eligibility
The service is for families with children aged birth to 18 years old who have been identified through the child protection process.
